When I receive those I often wonder if anyone actually falls for those, and I also wonder why they don't use spell check....

I was named as the "online announcer in this scam on Friday the 14th. Slightly different version than this example, as it was from MY account with my real name as the "announcer." My ISP says that the origninators hacked into my email account by guessing passwords (mine was 1234, the default of the ISP in question - not too hard). Anyway, people of course respond to the email originator with rude comments (me) and I had thousands of nasty emails in my account waiting for me even though the emails came from a server somewhere and not my computer.
In any event, VERY frustrating and I advise anyone to make sure your email password with your ISP is more secure than the default from the company.
