Starting another home schooling year...

This first video is a little early morning tour our classroom. Tammy really worked hard over a week or two to get organized and ready. The divided table for the kids work areas has been a big hit....

Tammy is great about having the kids tell me about what they learned during the day. This year they are actually bringing me their work to check and I'll sign it and give a sticker just like a real parent.

Eeew!

Would anyone besides me prefer that our candidates display a little less affection for one another's spouses. I thought the AlGore-Tipper kiss of a Convention past was kind of creepy, but it seems kind of normal compared to this.

Customer Service

I held a customer's baby while Terri helped them. This little guy's name is Nehemiah and he is Jamaican and Chinese. In future Olympics he should be either a great runner or and underage gymnast.

For some reason Cameron (3) just noticed the presence of my armpit hair.

He got this surprised look and ask what it was.

When I told him it was hair he seemed bothered by that and said, "Get it back up on your head."

I was just reading this article about the alleged assault by Victoria Osteen upon a flight attendant and was puzzled by this claim by the victim (emphasis mine:)

Brown alleges Victoria Osteen threw her against a bathroom door and elbowed her in the left breast during an outburst....

According to court documents, Brown claims that she suffers from anxiety and hemorrhoids because of the incident involving Victoria Osteen...

It was either in a class with Albert Barr or Dr. Nadine Brown that I should have been paying more attention.
